This includes philosophy, history, mudra, mantra, pranayama, asana, and meditation. Our approach is designed to help you achieve optimal health and well-being in holistic and sustainable way. live online body-weight strength training &

hatha yoga

live online practice with jen. this is a monthly membership container with the option of 6 weekly practices to choose from.

 

the connection to the body, the self, the foundations of strength development through the breath movement technique and optimal gains are the foundations of these practices.

1:1 live yoga/bodyweight strength training

these two practices maybe combined for weekly practice (ex. monday yoga, thursday strength training), however have two very different focuses.

 

body weight strength training helps to foster a deeper sense of connection with the physical body thru the breath while yoga is to bring you to a one-pointed focus through the practices of mantra, mudra, pranayama, asana, and meditation.

 

yoga is a practice that moves us beyond the limitations of the body and the mind.

embodyment coaching

this program is for the individual that is ready to tap in to their deep desire for growth.

we will work together over a 6-month period to reveal the parts of you that have been wanting a brighter energetic body through movement practice, yoga, nutritional guidance, and cultivating a relationship to s
